At iTap, we understand that purchasing products online can be a tricky process, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
Return Policy
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. You will be required to provide a clear photo of the damage or defect in order to process your claim.
Exchange Policy
We are able to do exchanges with a small fee to cover the shipping and restocking. Please note if the ring does not pass inspection you will be charged additional fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order at support@itapshop.com. In your email please provide a clear photo of the damage or defect and a detailed explanation of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that claims made after 3 business days of receiving the item may not be accepted. We will not be responsible for any damage or defect caused by misuse or improper handling of the product.
We will either replace or refund the product depending on the case, after the evaluation of the photo and the explanation of the problem.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
